How to Add Telegram Services to Your SMM Panel (API v2 Provider Guide)

Telegram views, reactions and poll votes are some of the easiest services to sell on an SMM panel — and with a standard API v2 provider you can add all of them in a few minutes, without writing a line of code. This guide walks you through connecting ActionSeen to your panel, importing the services, pricing them and placing your first test order.

What you need

  • An SMM panel with provider support — Perfect Panel, SmartPanel and most other panel scripts use the same "API v2" provider format.
  • A free ActionSeen account — created the moment you press Start in @ActionSeenENG_bot.
  • Some API balance — top-ups start at 500,000 coins ($2.50), paid in crypto.

Step 1 — Get your API key

Open the API page of the web panel (log in with your Telegram account), or tap 🔌 API in @ActionSeenENG_bot. Activation is free and instant; copy the key that appears. Keep it private — anyone with the key can spend your API balance.

Also press Start once in @AS_APIBOT: it sends you a message for every order your panel places, which is handy while you test.

Step 2 — Top up your API balance

The API has its own balance in coins. One view costs 1 coin; one reaction or poll vote costs 30 coins. Coins get cheaper the bigger the top-up:

Top-upPer 1,000 coins1,000 views1,000 reactions
under 1,000,000$0.005 $0.005 $0.15
1,000,000 – 4,999,999$0.003 $0.003 $0.09
5,000,000 – 9,999,999$0.002 $0.002 $0.06
10,000,000+ coins$0.00167 $0.00167 $0.05

You pay with crypto (USDT, TRX, BTC, ETH and more); coins arrive after network confirmation. A single top-up can be up to 300,000,000 coins.

Step 3 — Add ActionSeen as a provider

In your panel's admin area, open the providers page (in most scripts it is called Providers, API providers or Suppliers, usually under Settings) and add a new provider:

FieldValue
API URLhttps://actionseen.com/api/v2
API keythe key from step 1
Type / formatStandard API v2 (the default in most panels)

Save it. A healthy connection shows your balance in USD. If you prefer to check by hand first:

curl -s https://actionseen.com/api/v2 -d "key=YOUR_KEY&action=balance"
{"balance":"12.50000","currency":"USD"}

Step 4 — Import services and set your prices

Use your panel's "import services" button for the ActionSeen provider. You will see these services (prices shown here at the best tier, $0.00167 per 1,000 coins — your panel shows your numbers):

IDServiceYour cost / 1,000Min – Max
1Telegram Post Views $0.00167 10 – 500,000
2Telegram Views - Last 10 Posts (quantity = views per post) $0.01667 10 – 500,000
3Telegram Views - Last 20 Posts (quantity = views per post) $0.03333 10 – 500,000
4Telegram Views - Last 50 Posts (quantity = views per post) $0.08334 10 – 500,000
5Telegram Views - Last 100 Posts (quantity = views per post) $0.16667 10 – 500,000
6Telegram Poll Votes / Button Likes $0.05 1 – 500,000
7Telegram Views - Last 200 Posts (quantity = views per post) $0.33334 10 – 500,000
8Telegram Views - Last 500 Posts (quantity = views per post) $0.83335 10 – 500,000
9Telegram Views - Last 1000 Posts (quantity = views per post) $1.6667 10 – 500,000
10Telegram Mixed Positive Reactions [ 👍❤️🔥🥰👏🎉🤩😍⚡️😎😘🕊 ] $0.05 10 – 500,000
11Telegram Mixed Negative Reactions [ 👎💩🤮😢😱🤬💔😐😭😡 ] $0.05 10 – 500,000
100–172 Telegram Post Reactions — one service per emoji (73 emojis, e.g. 103 = 🔥) $0.05 1 – 500,000

Then set your selling price. Most panels let you add a percentage on top of the provider rate. For example, reactions cost you $0.05 per 1,000 at the best tier; with a 200% markup you sell them at $0.15 per 1,000 and keep $0.1 on every thousand.

How the USD prices are calculated Your API balance is in coins. API v2 converts them to dollars with your own average purchase price, so every top-up raises your USD balance by exactly what you paid, and volume discounts show up as lower rates in your panel automatically. A new account without a crypto top-up sees the base rate ($0.005 per 1,000 coins). Full details in the API v2 reference.

Step 5 — Place a test order

Order the smallest amount of views (10) on one of your own posts from the panel's new-order page. Within a minute the order should move from Pending to In progress, and you get a message in @AS_APIBOT. The same request, sent by hand:

curl -s https://actionseen.com/api/v2 -d "key=YOUR_KEY&action=add&service=1&link=https://t.me/yourchannel/123&quantity=10"
{"order":1234}

curl -s https://actionseen.com/api/v2 -d "key=YOUR_KEY&action=status&order=1234"
{"charge":"0.00002","start_count":"1520","status":"In progress","remains":"0","currency":"USD"}

Services that need special settings

Latest-posts views (services 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9)

These put views on the latest 10 to 1,000 posts of a channel in one order. quantity is views per post, so the cost is multiplied by the number of posts — make that clear in your service description. Your customer can give a post link (we count back from it) or simply the public channel link. If the channel has fewer posts, the order runs on the posts that exist and only those are charged.

Poll votes and button likes (service 6)

Set the service type to Poll in your panel, so your customer enters the option number. It is sent as answer_number, starting at 1 (the first option is 1, not 0). For posts with inline buttons, the answer number is the button row; an optional column picks the button within the row. Polls and buttons must be in public channels.

Reactions (services 100–172)

Every emoji is a separate service, so your customer just chooses "🔥 reactions" or "❤️ reactions". You do not have to import all 73 — the popular ones (👍 ❤️ 🔥 🥰 👏 😁 🎉 🤩 💯 ⚡️) cover most orders.

Drip-feed

For view services, your panel's drip-feed option works as expected: runs batches, one every interval minutes. Reactions and votes do not use drip-feed.

How charges and refunds appear in your panel

  • Order placed: the cost is taken from your API balance at once and shown as the order's charge.
  • Status: Pending → In progress → Completed. Latest-posts orders stay In progress until every post is done.
  • Partial or canceled: the undelivered part is refunded to your balance automatically. The status shows it in remains and the charge goes down — most panels then refund your customer by themselves.
  • Cancel is supported; refill is not offered.

Troubleshooting

ErrorWhat to do
Invalid API keyCopy the key again from the API page; generating a new key disables the old one.
Not enough balanceTop up your API balance (step 2).
Incorrect service IDRe-import services; IDs never change, but an old manual entry may be wrong.
Quantity must be between …Set the same min / max in your panel as the imported service.
answer_number is requiredService 6 must be a Poll-type service in your panel.
Too many requestsYour panel asks too often: up to 600 new orders and 3,000 status checks per minute are allowed.

Links must be normal post links like https://t.me/channel/123. Still stuck? Write to @Suport247 with the order ID.

What you are reselling Views, reactions and votes come from a network of Telegram accounts. They raise the counters and make posts look active; they are not real subscribers and do not bring sales by themselves. Describe them honestly in your panel — it saves you refund requests.

FAQ

Do I need to write any code?

No. API v2 is the format SMM panels already use, so adding the provider URL and key is enough.

Which currency does the API use?

API v2 shows prices, balance and charges in USD, based on what you actually paid for your coins. The classic API on the same key works in coins.

Can I use the classic API and API v2 together?

Yes. They share one key and one balance. See the API documentation for both.

What is the minimum top-up?

500,000 coins ($2.50). Bigger top-ups get cheaper rates, down to $0.00167 per 1,000 coins from 10,000,000 coins.
