The API has its own balance, separate from your retail coins. The tier is set by the size of each top-up: the bigger the top-up, the cheaper every coin in it. Top-ups from 500,000 to 300,000,000 coins.

Is the API compatible with my SMM panel script?

Is there a rate limit?
Yes, generous and separate for new orders and for status checks, so frequent status polling never blocks your orders. The exact limits are in the docs.
Is the API balance shared with my retail coins?
No. The API balance is separate and has its own wholesale prices. Refunds for API orders go back to it.
